What is Reiki?
(Rei) is guided, Divine wisdom. (Ki) is the Universal life force energy within all living things, which has other names such as:
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice and stress reduction technique. Reiki’s main function activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) and allows the body to activate its own natural healing processes that return it back to balance.
Reiki aids in

- Improved regulation of emotions and hormones
- Clearing negative and old, no longer useful energy (especially helpful for empaths)

REIKI SESSION – SESSIONS NOW ONLINE
Like a reset for your electronic devices, this session is an energetic recharge and reset button for your mind, body, and spirit. Reiki activates the parasympathetic (relaxation and digestion) portion of your nervous system, allowing you to feel at peace and deeply relaxed so that your body can activate its natural healing and repair processes. Reiki is a Japenese energy healing technique used to help cleanse your energy and cultivate overall sense wellbeing so you leave this session feeling relaxed, renewed, refreshed, lighter and with a greater sense of peace and confidence about whatever lies before you. If you’ve been feeling fatigued, burned out, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, experiencing pain and/or on a healing journey this session may assist you in feeling relief.
THERAPEUTIC YOGA PRIVATE SESSION – SESSIONS NOW ONLINE VIA VIDEO CHAT
This is a customized yoga session to help reduce stress and pain while improving mobility and posture. We may use various breathing exercises, gentle movements, mobility exercises, stretching, restorative postures, and/or myofascial release techniques to help restore a sense of calm and balance to the body. If you have any specific movement and/or wellness goals I can help you create a supportive movement routine. Sessions can be recorded and emailed to you if desired to help you remember movements.
Yoga experience or flexibility is not required. All bodies and abilities welcome. I am also a Certified Accessible Yoga Teacher, meaning I can customize the practice specifically for your body and your needs.
I also offer coaching services that often include energy healing such as Reiki to assist you releasing what no longer serves you so that you may achieve your highest goals and intentions. My passion lies with helping you release any fear you have around food, body image and/or your life so that you may learn how to fully nourish yourself and live a more joyful and abundant life.
